Innacurate Marker Timing (in WMV files)

If you are experiencing issues with delayed timing on markers in WMV files (where markers are not appearing in the proper positions in the timeline), you should change the FPS (frames per second) to 15 or 30 in settings.

You can adjust this in Step 4 under "Change Settings". (see image below)
