As such, this service carries a monthly fee of either $47 for 20 listings or $87 for 80 listings, to cover server expenses, bandwidth costs, and member support. In addition to this there is a one-time setup fee of $199 which covers setting up your account, your first month of service, and the PlaceTour software and PlaceTour video tutorials shipped to you on CD and DVD.

There is no per-listing fee like some other virtual tour services and you will get a physical Quick Start DVD and CD in the mail with your first payment.
